The easiest solution is to take the phone to your nearest Samsung authorized service center for repair if the phone is under warranty. Solution 1: Take your phone to Samsung Service Centre if still in warranty. If the current solution doesn’t work for you only then move on to the next one. Follow the solutions in the order they are presented. But I personally performed all of them and they worked like a charm for my device. Note: I take no responsibility on the credibility of these solutions or what they may do to your device. I searched the internet for days in order to find a solution but eventually realized that there was no clear guide that listed all the solutions and hence this post. These issues are caused due to some faulty digitizer in the screen of the device. Although these solutions should work for all the screen related problem on the S7 and S7 edge. It is a testament against Samsung’s high-quality standards. Although being so expensive and a flagship, the problems with the screen encountered across the world is a real disappointment. Both the phones are still a very good buy even after a year of their launch in terms of specifications and performance. The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge were the flagship phones of 2016 which are both very impressive, even beating the iPhone 6s and 7 in some areas, but also burn a hole in one’s pocket.
